This is not art — it is "anti-art" in the sense that Dadaists protested against the contemporary academic and cultured values of art. For everything that art stood for, I represent the opposite. Where art is concerned with traditional aesthetics, I ignore aesthetics. If art is to appeal to sensibilities, I intend to offend. I reject the cultural and intellectual conformity — in art and more broadly in society — that corresponds to war, global warming, imperial abuse, torture, etc.
